Irina Lolua

Irina Lolua is a senior finance professional and trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, with nearly two decades of experience across global investment banking and private capital. She began her career at J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley, advising corporate leaders and principal shareholders across EMEA on strategic financings, capital markets transactions, and cross-border M&A. Over this period, she originated and executed more than 100 transactions, including IPOs, Eurobond issuances, and landmark M&As.

At J.P. Morgan, Irina served as head of the regional investment banking franchise, leading its transformation from a secondary market participant into a recognised market leader. She built and managed a team of approximately 100 professionals, driving sustained commercial growth and embedding a high-performance culture defined by accountability and execution excellence. She was a trusted partners to CEOs, CFOs, boards, and controlling shareholders navigating pivotal financial decisions.

Today, Irina advises a select group of UNHWIs on personal wealth and business strategy, spanning portfolio management, private equity, and real estate investments, alongside hands-on corporate finance and M&A advisory for privately held businesses. She combines institutional discipline with practical judgment, tailoring strategies to the long-term objectives of founders and families. She also mentors emerging founders on capital strategy and scale- readiness.

Fluent in English, French, and Russian, with additional proficiency in Italian and Georgian, Irina brings a global perspective to her advisory work. A former endurance athlete and Muay Thai practitioner, she approaches engagements with focus and rigour. She holds degrees in finance and economics and is the mother of three daughters.
